2D Elevation (T.O.W) Planning for City Permitting

Our 2D Plan Set includes layout for hardscape surfaces (pools, spas, patios, walkways, planters, decks, fences, pergolas, etc.) and provides all the scaled and dimensional detail needed for both construction bidding as well as city clearance for purposes of planning and permitting.

We include all elevation points based off your property survey, to align with what we have designed in our 3D Model.  We offer outdoor living plan sets for residential remodels, as well as new construction, in addition to outdoor trade specific permitting (pools, spas, patios, decks and fences)
